Cancellation conditions
You can cancel direct bookings free of charge up to 3 days before arrival and move them once free of charge up to 1 day before arrival.You can move your booking once free of charge up to 1 day before arrival. Have you already rescheduled once? Then you can no longer cancel or move your booking.
If you cancel within 3 days before arrival, you will be charged for the first night. You can then submit your invoice to your travel insurance.
For bookings via booking sites, the conditions of the relevant booking site apply.
Check-in & check-out
Check-in is possible from Monday to Sunday from 3 pm to 10 pm. Do you want to check in later? Please contact reception. They will provide you with information on late check-in.
You will be asked for a valid ID upon check-in.
Check-out is from Monday to Saturday from 7:30 to 11:00. Would you like to check out later? You can order a late check-out and stay in your room until 13:30. The charge for this is 25.00 per room. (only if available)
On Sundays, you may check out until 11.30 am.
Breakfast buffet
The breakfast buffet is served in our restaurant on the ground floor.
From Monday to Saturday, the buffet is open from 07:30 - 10:00. On Sundays and bank holidays, it is open from 8.30 - 11.00.
Would you like to use breakfast earlier? Then contact our reception to check out the possibilities. We can also provide a breakfast or lunch package.
The breakfast buffet costs 16.50 per person. Children up to 4 years are free of charge.
Extra bed / Children's bed
It is possible to have an extra bed placed in the room. This is possible for children up to 12 years old. It is not possible for a person older than 12 to sleep on this bed. An extra bed costs 27.50 per night.
A cot can be placed in the room, up to 2 years old. This costs 12.50 per night. (You may also bring cots yourself)
Wellness & Spa regulations
The wellness is open from 7.00 - 22.00 hrs. After 19.00 there is only access from 18+.
We strive for optimal satisfaction, therefore we ask you to pay attention to the following:
A wellness area offers peace and relaxation, please consider your fellow guests.
Wearing swimwear is compulsory.
The use of a towel in the infrared and sauna is compulsory.
It is dangerous to bring glassware into the wellness area, therefore this is not allowed.
Smoking and the use of drugs are prohibited.
In case of noise nuisance and improper use of this area, we are unfortunately forced to remove you from the wellness area.
Playing with balls, air mattresses, etc. is not allowed
For our little guests & parents:
Children under 12 years old always under adult supervision and after 7pm only access over 18 years old.
The swimming pool is part of the wellness, we appreciate that our small guests also take this into account.
During the Women’s Volleyball World Championship, which will take place from September 23 to October 15, 2022, the municipalities of Neder-Betuwe and Buren will host team Italy, the current European champion. The Italian team members stay in the municipality of Neder-Betuwe at Fruitpark Hotel & Spa.
Although the design was to present our hotel with an open bathroom, our guests liked to have connecting doors between the bathroom and the luxurious sleeping area.
Neder-Betuwe has a beautiful river landscape with beautiful views, winding dikes and monuments, which is ideal for cycling, walking and strolling.
