Meeting rooms

Holding meetings in pleasant surroundings means better results. At Fruitpark, we find it important that our guests lack for nothing. All rooms have plenty of daylight, comfortable furniture, beamer or screen; connectable with HDMI or clickshare, sound systems, fast WIFI connection, coffee corner, stationery and flipchart.

Some rooms also have a private terrace, which, when the weather is nice, makes it possible to hold meetings, take breaks or plan activities partly outdoors.

Sustainable

Nationaal Fruitpark Ochten is completely energy and CO2 neutral. With the construction of the Fruitpark Hotel and Spa in 2019, 1400m2 of solar roof has been created, providing excess energy capacity. Heating and cooling are by means of soil sources, resulting in minimal energy consumption.

Naturally, the entire building is optimally insulated. In addition, the ventilation works with overpressure, which means that heated or cooled fresh purified outside air always enters your rooms and other spaces. Heat is recovered from the return air before it leaves the building. Ventilation air is not circulated, guaranteeing you a healthy indoor climate. As a result, the entire park with all its facilities is self-sufficient in terms of energy.

Meeting rooms

The meeting rooms at Fruit Park are characterised by luxury and tranquillity, you can choose from our three rooms.

Meeting room

This room offers space for 18 people at a spacious oval table. The room is spacious and has plenty of daylight. It is also possible to hold meetings outside or take a break on the private terrace.

The room is equipped with a large screen, wireless internet, flip-over board, laptop, whiteboard, video conference (VTC), telephone, printer, photocopier, notepad, pen/writing utensils, sound system and coffee and tea facilities.

Fruit Park Room ground floor

The large hall on the ground floor has up to 80 seats at tables. There is also the possibility of expanding for receptions with standing tables, up to 125 people. In fine weather, you can use the private terrace. The room is bright and spacious and is decorated entirely to your wishes, always by mutual agreement.

The room is equipped with a projection beamer, wireless internet, flip-chart board, laptop, whiteboard, videoconference (VTC), telephone, printer, copier, notepad, pen/writing utensils, sound system and coffee and tea facilities.

The spacious and bright room on the 1st floor offers space for up to 30 people at tables.
