Three reasons why going away for Christmas is a really good idea
I know what you’re thinking … “Spending Christmas elsewhere is too much work. It’s more relaxing to stay home and save your money.”
And yes, although you have to book early to get a good deal, a Christmas vacation is worth it.
Here are three reasons why it’s really great:
- No run-fly Christmas
The many special people with whom you can share Christmas often also cause the run-fly inconvenience of flying from one to another or worse: the dreaded multiple Christmas celebrations in one day: Christmas lunch with your immediate family, Christmas dinner with your partner’s and then doing something with your own family! It’s a jumble of eat, drive, eat and drive when really you just want to have a beer or a wine and watch the latest Christmas movie.
But suppose you leave….. then there is no hassle either of course!
- Time with the people you love most
Less time to run and fly means more time to relax with the people who matter most.
When you go away for Christmas, you can sit back with a glass of wine.
